As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will join an initiative with strategic significance and high visibility. You will work closely with business stakeholders, applied scientists and engineers to:- translate customer feedback into clearly defined business objectives that can be leveraged to build scalable business solutions
- identify and evaluate new opportunities by deep data analytics
- drive the execution of the next generation solutions to empower business innovation and deliver financial initiatives
- lead cross-functionally to accelerate the development and deployment of new features
- proactively identify and resolve challenges and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Master's degree in a business or technology discipline or related field
- Experience with online advertising, video streaming technology, and recommendation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning system design for performance, scalability, and availability
