Assistant Superintendent Eastside & Seattle
Compensation: Depending on experience

We are a small residential design/build company specializing in custom contemporary homes primarily on the eastside but occasionally in Seattle. We work with clients and design a home specifically for them and then build it for them. We are looking for a self-starter with some carpentry experience who wants to join a growing small company to learn all phases of the residential building process from initial design to completion and warranty issues. Eventually running jobs from start to finish.
The job entails: working with subs, keeping site clean, pick-up, scheduling, inspections and much more. Don't worry if you don't have all these qualifications we will teach you.
Please have reliable transportation, work well with others, have basic carpentry tools, and proper documentation.
