Contractor focused on both Commercial and Residential construction looking for Carpenter in King / Snohomish County.
We specialize in commercial tenant improvements/remodel/additions/new construction. Looking for a seasoned carpenter to bring on for projects on the Eastside, Seattle and Snohomish County. Most of our projects range in size from 1,000 SF to 10,000 and include office, medical, institutional and retail spaces. We are looking for individuals that work well both independently as well as in a team setting.
Skills Required:
Able to read and understand plans and specifications
Knowledge and abilities in framing systems
Layout for framing, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems
Working knowledge and proficiency with standard hand tools
Able to set doors, jambs and finish hardware
Be able to work well and direct other trades as required
Ability to problem solve and work independently
Able to communicate clearly with project manager and design team
Have an eye for detail and quality
Understand local building codes and work well with inspectors
