Job Title: Countertop Templator
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented team member who can confidently wear multiple hats in a fast-paced production environment. The primary focus of this role is precise measuring and material preparation, but it also can include programming and loading jobs onto a CNC saw.
Note: This position requires strong computer and mathematics skills. Applicants must be proficient in these areas prior to applying, as no training will be provided for these core competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate measurements and prepare materials for cutting
Program and load jobs into the CNC saw (K600 Sasso)
Use AlphaCAM software to create and manage CNC programs
Operate within Microsoft 365 for documentation and communication
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow
Troubleshoot CNC programs and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AlphaCAM
Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and basic calculations
Experience operating CNC machinery, preferably the K600 Sasso
Ability to multitask and shift between roles as needed
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ideal Candidate:

Knowledge of ProLiner
Knowledge of stone industry
Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their workday
Has a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Is comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities
Must be a team player, willingness to learn and take direction. The position will require one to perform multiple roles, be a problem solver & exercise professionalism at all times.
Compensation: Pay is hourly based on abilities &; position, BOE - medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid holiday/ vacation and sick
