Seeking 1 motivated, self-starting individual with 2-3 years of construction experience looking to be a part of a developing design-build team. Looking for someone with the ability to be flexible, and take on different roles as a contractor with the potential of project managing by the end of the season/year depending on experience and performance. Competitive starting pay DOE. Bring your knowledge, good attitude, & drive for solid craftsmanship with you. Must have a basic grip of tools, be organized, have transportation, a sense of professionalism & be able to take direction. Construction is a physically demanding job that requires agility, concentration, common sense, and creativity. We concentrate on fine interior remodeling.
