Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epoxy and Modular Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering top-notch flooring installations, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install epoxy and modular flooring systems according to specifications and client requirements.

Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, grinding, leveling, and priming.

Mix and apply epoxy coatings with precision and care.

Install modular flooring tiles, ensuring proper alignment and fit.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project success.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Experience in assessing floor damage and diagnosing for repair.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in epoxy and modular flooring installation.

Strong knowledge of flooring materials, techniques, and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a variety of flooring systems and materials.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Have the ability to drive comfortably pulling 16' trailers with a pickup truck. Be able to display confidence while backing trailers for job setup.

Job Type: Part-time/Evolve into full time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week to start

Payment frequency:

Paid biweekly

Schedule:

4 hour shift

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Experience:

Flooring installation: 1 year (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person
