JOB SUMMARY:
Our team is growing and we are seeking another skilled and dedicated RV Technician to help lead our team. Tired of the high-pressure big shops? We are a small company with a friendly and relaxed working environment, flexible schedule and happy employees.
Actual experience as an RV Service Technician is required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV repair and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing various systems within recreational vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and repair issues related to RVs, including but not limited to electrical systems, plumbing, slideouts, roof & floor repairs.
Conduct inspection of RVs to ensure they meet safety standards and operational requirements.
Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in all aspects of RV Service & Repair.
Strong understanding of RV electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to transmit technical knowledge effectively within the team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
