Matsenko Auto, a growing body and mechanical shop in Tacoma, WA, is looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers and insurance companies.
Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC ONE or similar).
Order parts, verify pricing, and manage supplements.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs follow proper procedures.
Learn and use various websites and apps for parts, pricing, and repair data.
Requirements:
Experience in auto body estimating (preferred, but we can train the right person).
Basic computer skills — ability to navigate multiple platforms and apps.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple jobs at once.
