Well-established company is currently seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer. We take pride in being one of the best residential HVAC companies in the Seattle area. Applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:
1. Integrity, honesty and a positive attitude is a must.
2. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
3. Professional appearance.
4. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
5. Above average customer service skills.
6. Able to operate tools, machinery and vehicles safely.
7. Must have basic trade hand tools.
8. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and work in tight confined attics and crawl spaces.
9. Residential retrofit experience with heat pumps, gas/electric furnaces, & water heaters.
10. Minimum 2 years experience.
11. Must pass a background check.
Certifications:
- 06A License preferred
- 06B License desired
- Trainee Card minimum
- NATE preferred
- EPA Type II or higher
- City of Seattle Refrigeration License a plus
- Seattle Gas Fitters License or Gas Title card or the equivalent
