Ashley Westmark is a preventative maintenance company for residential and commercial properties. We provide our cliental with a turnkey solution in maintaining their property from Soft wash on roofs and gutter cleaning, maintaining and cleaning hard surfaces of algae and dirt, to breathing clean air in their HVAC systems with high end duct cleaning service.
We are looking for positive and like-minded individuals that enjoy providing a quality service to our customers and appreciate a clean environment. We have a few positions open looking forward to hearing from you, if you like both let us know as well.
HVAC Duct cleaning
Responsibilities:
Safety minded individual, we want happy employees and customers at the end of the day.
Perform maintenance and cleaning on air handlers, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units, including air ducts cleaning with a truck mounted vacuum.
Install new filters or clean reusable filter units.
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, such as electronic filters and UV lights.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
Respond to limited-scope emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Maintain effective communication with customers and management.
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills on-site, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle physical workload.
o (lifting up to 50 lbs)
o Work on ladders as needed “bathroom vents, side of homes etc”
o Ability to move appliances “dryer vents”
Qualifications:
Willing to train the right person but need to have mechanical ability and a desire for this industry. – you will get dirty from time to time.
Previous experience in HVAC or related field a benefit.
Familiarity with HVAC ducting and air flows.
Understanding of electrical power and how to tag out lock out systems and be aware of potential issues with bad installs and or the ability to learn.
Preference to those with clean driving records and willingness to drive a company box truck, we are also seeking helpers non drivers.
Soft wash – Pressure washing
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Safety minded individual, we want happy employees and customers.
Apply soft wash treatment to roofs, walls, driveways, sidewalks as needed.
Ability to follow SOP and follow procedures – We welcome questions and ideas, but our SOP is based off years of experience in the industry.
Must be willing to get wet and dirty at times.
Willing to work outside year-round weather permitting.
Willingness to be up on a roof, steep roofs we will spray from the ground for safety.
Ok with handling bleach, soap, hot and cold water.
Ability to handle physical workload.
o (lifting up to 50 lbs)
o Work on ladders as needed
Focus on the details, customer may have other things that need to be addressed by us or by others, customers come first.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Preference for candidates who meet company insurance requirements (both drivers and non-drivers).
Qualifications:

Ability to look at the overall picture of what is happening on site.
Prior experience with soft wash and pressuring washing a plus.
