Commercial HVAC Company has an immediate full time opening for a Foreman/Lead installer. 3+ years of being a lead installer is preferred. This person should be looking for a career with a company that offers opportunity for advancement. We specialize in 30 ton and under split-system and rooftop unit and duct system installations.
Job Description:
- Provide our clients with excellent quality installation and modification of their HVAC Systems, duct work and gas piping.
- Follow and carry out managers directions to accurately complete required jobs in a timely manner according to set schedule.
- Ability to read and follow blue prints
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written
- Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
- Safely operate scissor lifts, genie lifts and forklifts
- Frequent heavy lifting required - up to 50 lbs
- Provide excellent customer service and quality work to all of our clients
- You must have a valid Washington state drivers license and a good driving record.
