We are adding a Production Manager to our team as we grow and are looking for a top performer, with Residential Remodeling supervisory experience, to manage a team of residential remodeling construction leads and carpenters. You will oversee day to day operations of projects ranging from $50,000 to $1m and above.

Responsibilities include:
1) Develop project schedules and adjust as needed after construction starts if needed.
2) Track project budgets to ensure profitability.
3) Coach and guide field staff where needed.
4) Remain abreast of new construction practices and train staff where necessary.
5) Attend sub walkthroughs, weekly client meetings, and lead weekly staff meetings.
6) Hiring and terminations, as well as yearly reviews of immediate direct reports.
Required Experience:
1) Construction management: 5-7 years
2) Personnel and public relations skills: 3-5 years
3) Management systems and practices implementation: 3-5 years.
4) Residential Construction experience: 10+ years.
Required Qualifications:
1) A strong, passionate leader who can motivate and create an environment of trust amongst his/her coworkers and subordinates.
2) A solid and thorough understanding of the residential remodeling industry.
3) Able to pass a drug and background check.
4) Proficient in Word, Excel, & experience w/ Microsoft Access.
5) Able to work well with others and communicate with various personalities and backgrounds.
6) Able to instruct others and provide constructive feedback.
7) A strong work ethic.
8) An ability to work independently and hold self-accountable for results and performance.
9) Knowledge of BuilderTrend a plus.
