We do all kinds of residential and light commercial construction. Good carpentry skills and code knowledge a must. Mainly kitchen/bath remodeling. We also do mini-splits and other HVAC work. Drywall is minimal. Mostly subbed. Painting,, some tile, decks, electrical and plumbing as code allows. We are a mature crew looking for the right personality fit. We don’t do egos or attitudes. We make collective decisions and watch out for each other. No drama or loud music. Safety first. Keep your religion and politics to yourself. Must have transportation. We have jobs going in Seattle and North Bend. Good pay. No benefits. Almost 100% of our work is from 9-5. We are not grind it out overtime type of workers. Most guys do somewhere between 30-40 hours per week. You must know how to act in a safe manner on a construction site. Respect for others. Reasonable personal hygiene is expected. $40-50+ per hour depending on your knowledge and abilities.
