Job Overview:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and experienced Roofing Crew Members to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in residential and/or commercial roofing, be comfortable working at heights, and take pride in delivering top-tier workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including metal, shingle, and flat roofs
Ensure proper ventilation, insulation, and waterproofing techniques are applied
Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, and materials
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress and any issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of roofing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
