We are looking to add roofing professionals and complete crews to our team to work with and install composition roofing systems. This is manual work at the journeyman level which will involve removing old roofs and the installation of new roofs. Assignments are received through oral and written instructions prior to and during the progress of a job.
Work is reviewed while in progress and upon completion. Repair work keeps the teams busy when weather does not allow for complete re-roofs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Considerable Knowledge & Skill with/in:
-Tools, equipment, materials, and methods used in roof repair and installation.
-The hazards and safety requirements of the trade.
- Various roofing materials & standard specifications for different roof types, incl. PVC roofing.
Knowledge & Experienced in installing IB PVC Roofing Systems is a plus!
Ability to:
-Adapt to our quality roofing & workmanship standards
-Remove and install roofs
-Open to learning and educational courses for roofing & safety that may arise from time-to-time
-Work at heights and on flat and steep surfaces.
-Climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner.
-Understand and follow oral and written instructions
Lead or Supervise a project and team is a plus!
-3 years roofing experience preferred
-Dependable & Reliable
-Honest & Strong Work Ethic
-Fast & Willing Learner
-Pass drug test and random testing thereafter
-Be at the office/shop at 7:00am
Valid Driver's License - A MUST
Follow Safety Procedures - A MUST
