Hiring Lead Deck Carpenter – Full-Time W-2 Position
Evergreen Home Exteriors is hiring a skilled, reliable Lead Carpenter for our Decking Division. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and wants long-term growth in a company that’s built on performance—not politics.
Position Overview:
Full-time W-2 lead carpenter role
Composite deck systems (AZEK, TimberTech, etc.)
Hands-on leadership of 1–2 laborers or apprentices
Must be able to layout, frame, and build with precision
We provide consistent work, clean jobsites, and high-end materials
No bouncing all over the state—you’ll work jobs close to your area

Proven track record of professional carpentry
Clear communicator, reliable, and driven
Knows how to keep a job moving, solve problems, and finish strong
