Ballard-based tree service looking for tree climber with at least 2 years of experience. We are a very small operation and work eight hour days, 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs). Arranging for a 4 day week is a possibility, but not looking to book more than 32hrs. You will be working with the owner and one other employee. We do more pruning than removals.
This job is for someone who likes some flexibility for side work or other gigs and/or values their free time. We think 40 hours is too much tree work.
Applicant must:
Like trees and tree work
Be comfortable working at height
Be proficient in spurless climbing
Be able to prune to ANSI standards
Be able to lift heavy things repeatedly
Be reliable
Certified arborist a plus
Horticulture background a plus
