Our team is looking to add to our solar 'ohana in Kailua Kona on the Big Island. We prefer those who have experience in the field as well as electrical experience, but are willing to train the right person.
We are also willing to help with relocation to Hawaii.
Job Specifics:
- Troubleshooting and repairs on PV systems
- Ability to work alone and goal oriented
- Accountable for producing a code compliant installation
- Responsible for documenting and recording work in company-used app
- Have the ability to explain and educate a homeowner on their solar and electrical needs at their level
Requirements:
- Must have solar installment experience
- Some electrical experience
- Good work ethic/workmanship, honesty and integrity
- Ability to look ahead and anticipate the material needs of the project
- Ability to run a crew/oversee a job
- Personal tools
- Our systems are often accompanied with batteries, so experience with batteries and off-grid systems is a plus!
