We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive team environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to and will be trained by our Warehouse Manager. You will be second in command of the warehouse and help to ensure that the rest of the warehouse team is on task and routed efficiently to meet the needs of the operations team. This is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We promote from within whenever possible. You will be responsible for ordering parts, organizing the warehouse, managing inventory, handling returns, and supporting general operations. Additionally, you will deliver and pick up materials at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and track parts for HVAC projects.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for easy access.

Manage returns, including warranty returns, efficiently.

Shipping & Receiving

Deliver and pick up materials at various job sites.

Support overall operations by ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with job site safety rules and PPE.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. regularly.

Familiarity with job site safety rules and PPE requirements.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Strong attendance and punctuality.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
