Responsibilities:
Multi-task in an extremely fast pace environment while remaining calm as a cucumber
Answer call from customers, law enforcement, and insurance companies for towing services
Accurately enter information and relay correct information to Drivers
Data Entry Superstar with minimal errors
Dispatch calls to tow truck Drivers via Dispatch Software
Maintain a professional and clear voice over the phone
Maintain a professional, friendly, and calming attitude when dealing with customers, law
enforcement, and Drivers
Excellent computer skills
Ability to follow direction and adhere to Company procedures under high pressure
Pay very close attention to detail
Available Shifts All days of the week including weekends:
Full Time Days 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Full time Swing shift 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Full time Graveyard 12:00 am to 8:00 am
What you'll bring to the table:
Previous Dispatcher experience is a PLUS!
2 years Customer Service experience in an office setting
2 years continuous fast paced multi-line phone experience
2 years Data Entry experience
