The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the branch office, maintaining client and employee satisfaction, and working to achieve branch and company goals as directed by the COO.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and develop branch staff.

Ensure all branch staff is trained to company policies and procedures and operating in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Perform intakes, assessments, care planning and on-going client supervision as needed.

Assist staffing supervisors to schedule clients as needed.

Manage office budget.

Perform periodic quality audits to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up is completed in all areas.

Strive to ensure high satisfaction levels among clients and employees.

Work with office staff to resolve escalated client or caregiver concerns.

Participate in and/or ensure marketing efforts align with branch capacity and goals.

Attend and participate in corporate meetings and trainings.

Take ownership for general office duties such as cleaning/repairs, equipment maintenance, and supplies ordering.

Adhere to all FRHC policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

Other duties as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate the specific needs of assigned branch.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree

5 years of experience in a customer service role

2 years of experience in managing people

Demonstrated customer service and communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail

Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating reports

Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record

Able to speak, read and write English fluently

Working Conditions:

The Regional Manager will spend 80% of their time in an office environment indoors. This will require time both spent at a computer station for office work and standing. The additional 20% of their time will be in various client homes performing assessments or observations, or in the community performing marketing activities.

The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however this role will require some evening and weekends to meet job requirements.

This position will require travel as appropriate, approximately 20% of the time.

This position will have administrative supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Role may require frequent standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding, and driving. Occasional twisting, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling or squatting. Seldom work above shoulders, and operation of equipment.

Position will require the employee to talk and hear.

Lifting can range from frequent 10 lbs. or less to seldom lifting of greater than 50 lbs.

Direct Reports:

This position will be providing general supervision to branch staff.
