Customer Service Representatives wanted! We are hiring for two positions:
Position one:
Location: Westside Mount Vernon
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm (with paid lunch break)
Pay: $17-20
Experience required: long-term customer service, sales or retail experience
Position two:
Location: Downtown Mount Vernon
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm
Pay: $15-16
Experience required: multi-line phone experience and a customer service background
Job duties for both roles include:
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Assessing client needs
-Creating or updating client accounts
-Database management
-Quality control and ensuring client satisfaction
