Close team of dedicated workers looking to add one more valuable member! Must be hardworking, detailed oriented, comfortable with multitasking, friendly person with a flexible schedule (i.e. ability to work weekends, and evenings, etc.) Computer literacy and previous customer service experience are necessary. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Guest Service Representatives (GSR) are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Must be comfortable on their feet and assisting guest's needs by running room service or extra amenities to rooms. This is a standing position, GSRs must be able to lift 30 lbs or more to assist with deliveries and guest's luggage.
