P/T Self Storage facility Asst Manager needed to work Sunday and Monday plus additional misc days to cover managers vacation and sick days. Storage facility is located in Mt Vernon, WA. We offer a nice and friendly office to work out of as well as a clean atmosphere at our facility. Applicant must be willing to pass a drug test.
Responsible include but not limited to:
Using computer software for the storage and U-Haul
Showing vacant units
Renting U-Haul Trucks and trailers
Moving and parking U-Haul equipment onsite
Completing rental agreements and administrative paperwork
Making rent payments in software program
General cleaning and upkeep
Issuing notices as needed
Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
Inspecting and cleaning units when needed
Doing lock checks
Enforcing rules and regulations
Performing other duties as assigned
Applicant must be able to lift 70lbs
