Job Title: Housekeeper
Position Summary: Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms . Housekeeper promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
Duties And Responsibilities
ï¬Making beds
ï¬Dust rooms and furniture
ï¬Replenish guestroom and bath supplies
ï¬Cleans the bathroom
ï¬Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
ï¬Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
ï¬Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
ï¬Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
ï¬Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
Prerequisites
ï¬Physical mobility and stamina required,
ï¬Ability to follow instruction,
ï¬Detail-oriented,
ï¬Professional attitude is required,
ï¬Ability to work independently.
ï¬Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test.
Education: A GED or school diploma is preferred. Experience Previous hotel-related experience desired
