Sunrise Services and its affiliates, Sunrise Community Mental Health and Sunrise Recovery Services, are recruiting for a Chemical Dependency Professional with a Mental Health focus to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work with a compassionate, innovative and highly effective multi-disciplinary team focusing on both substance abuse and mental health issues.
Current openings in Mount Vernon and Oak Harbor.
This position requires a CDP/CDPT and clinical skills to provide treatment, rehabilitation, case management and support services to adults with chemical dependency issues and chronic and severe mental illness in our out patient programs. We are currently looking for skills and experience working with adult out patient case management, crisis management, and identifying and accessing community resources. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills.
Wages: $20 - $25.00 per hour dependent on experience and licensure. Medical, dental, paid vacation, sick and holidays with generous 401 (k) (currently matching 50%)
