Property management company with large portfolio of homes from Marysville to Blaine looking for Detail Carpenter. This position is defined as somebody who is tooled up and has the skills necessary to do light carpentry work, drywall repair, minor electrical work, minor plumbing work, etc. Basically, a handyperson.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a crew, at the direction of a field supervisor.
Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
