General Handy Man
Compensation: This position includes health and dental insurance after a six month probationary period. This is a full-time position and is available immediately. The pay range is $15-$20 per hour DOE.
We are currently seeking a full time customer service oriented Handy Man to work on our (Gasoline Stations, coffee stands, commercial properties and private residences of owners) with previous maintenance experience. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your talent, vision, drive, and experience to our company.
We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented maintenance professional. With strong communication skills, attention to detail and follow through is important. Position focuses on maintaining various gasoline stations hoses, swivels, nozzles, filters, lighting, and general property maintenance like grounds keeping, housekeeping, and painting. Some heavy and light duty construction will be required.
You should be a self-starter, able to work alone or with minimal supervision and have a personality that is friendly, professional and helpful. You should not be afraid to get dirty, willing to tackle any project and be willing to work at various sites, with indoor and outdoor work required.
No overnight stays are required.
The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday from 8-4 (subject to change and some weekends).
Must be able to repair of the majority the following:
Basic Repairs
Basic Plumbing
Computer literacy
Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Ability to deal well with people
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Present a professional appearance and exemplary attitude
The ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Valid drivers license we will provide the transportation.
Pass a pre employment background check, motor vehicle report.
This position includes health and dental insurance after a 90 day probationary period.
