Duties include light Maintenance,landscaping,rule enforcement,notice posting, answering residents questions. Very little office work. You must own an RV that is in good shape and you must pass a background check Compensation includes RV space, utilities and pay. About 20 hours a week. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
