Patient Care Coordinator
Growing dental practice seeking a team member for the role of Patient Care Coordinator. This person will take the treatment plan developed by the dentist and be the patient's right-hand person, helping them figure out the financial arrangements and schedule their treatment.
You must have excellent communication skills and be computer savvy. Insurance knowledge helpful, but we will train the right candidate!

What you’ll need to be successful:
Expectational attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills (minimum two years’ experience in customer service, retail sales or health care sales required)
Outstanding sales expertise

Inform patients of treatment and payment plans
Follow up with patients to ensure they are receiving the care they need
Verify insurance and assist with billing
