KarMART Auto Group Service Advisor Must be able to do the following
Have great customer service Customer surveys and feedback is a huge part of this job.
Customer relations Must be able to create and maintain great customer relations.
Service Scheduling Must be able to schedule & set service appointments.
Computer Skills Must be able to work with Word, Excel, and Office.
Phone Calls Must be able to answer phones & perform follow up phone calls.
Handle Pressure Must be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job.
Problem Solving Must be able to problem solve on the go & deal with stressful situations.
