Job Summary: The Wholesale Sales Administrator provides overall administrative support to the companys Wholesale team, which sells both the SeaBear and Gerard & Dominique brands. Responsibilities include managing wholesale sales orders, answering the 800 wholesale phone line, promotions and mailings, new account set up, customer service, shipping coordination, remote support for wholesale sales team and more.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Manage order entry process (answer the 1-800 line, enter orders, process orders for shipping, mail invoices, etc.)

Make weekly sales calls to current customers and analyze customer order forecast.

Manage Traffic: work with shipping carriers to arrange the best rates on shipping pallet sized orders

Run sales reports

Process credit applications (new account set-up)

Rectify Customer service issues (short shipments, out-of-stocks, returns, shipment discrepancies, short payments, sending invoices and proof-of-deliveries to customers) as well as address customer inquiries.

Update sales team with accounts receivable aging information.

Accounts receivables - follow up with customers on aged invoices.

Organize vendor compliance manuals.

Participate in bi-annual off site sales meetings.

Act as a liaison for the remote sales team by relaying information from weekly production meetings and cross-functional meetings.

Manage customer database.

Co-ordinate tradeshow setup.

Co-ordinate Post Show mailings and promotional events.

Strong Phone Skills

Previous customer service experience

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent

Availability: This position is seasonal.

The shift will be as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Wednesday: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
