This IT Position will report to the company managers and owners.
Job responsibilities are the oversight of the company's network of computers and running and creating reports for daily, weekly, and monthly requirements. Working with the elements of the Microsoft Windows environment, especially Excel, Access, and Word. Being willing to spend time doing data entry work. A familiarity with the IBM AS400/Iseries servers would be a great asset. Additionally, these specific duties would be beneficial:
Access database programming. Microsoft SQL Server Programming and configuration. Visual Basic 6 or upgrading from VB6 to Visual Basic.Net for development. The programs use Microsoft SQL Server on the Orders Server and the Microsoft Local Dtatbase which is a version of SQL server on the laptops.
