Description:-Prepare collateral releases for commercial and commercial real estate loan portfolio. Monitor and process paid loan reports in accordance to established controls prior to releasing liens or collateral instruments. Provide support to business lines by researching and resolving loan related issues or customer submitted requests.-Responsible for communicating with business lines regarding post-booking loan system matters, imaging, payoff requests, reconveyances, or loan maintenance inquiry related issues.-Monitor and maintain the loan collateral tickler system for pending commercial and commercial real estate loan collateral perfection items.-Responsible for processing UCC Reports to ensure lien filings are continued, amended, or terminated (as required) in a timely manner to ensure the Bank’s lien position is maintained during the life of the loan. Monitor, review, and submit CoreLogic Tax Reports to business lines for further processing.-Monitor and process the Bank’s established requirements for insurance.
