Inland Pacific Kitchen is a small plate progressive restaurant focusing on seasonality and different themed menus.
Candidates for the FOH position must be at least 21 years of age, have experience in fine dining, and have a working knowledge of wines and food/wine pairings. Knowledge of bar-tending is also highly desirable. This is a part-time position limited to dinner service 3 to 4 evenings a week. Hogwash Whiskey Den is a whiskey centric craft cocktail bar featuring premium scratch made food.
Candidates for the BOH position must be at least 19 years of age, line cooking experience required. Some flexibility in scheduling is required; must be available on weekends and evenings, as needed. Qualified applicants will have basic line cooking experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred. Ability to create flavorful composed dishes from scratch. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handler certificate, as required. Must possess a valid driver's license, where applicable.
