Adult Guidance and Empowerment Services LLC (A.G.E.S.) serves intellectually disabled people in their homes. Our mission is to continually explore the potential of the individuals we serve. We are currently expanding and need to hire for all positions. All FT/PT applications considered. Duties range from direct care supports to organizational duties.
Pay starts at $12.00/hr. We offer 401K, Medical Benefits (Kaiser Permanente) as well as completely employer paid Dental Benefits (Delta Dental) after successful completion of 90 day introductory period. These positions are ideal for students, night owls, and people who enjoy working with others. Advancement opportunities available.

Be at least 18 years old and have proof of education, such as, High School or College Diploma, transcripts or GED
Be able to pass a criminal background clearance-some exceptions exist, depending on circumstances or type of charge
Be available Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm for 7 days to complete 75 hours of training (paid) before moving to your assigned shift.
Have a valid driver's license and insurance, and a dependable automobile (If working during day or evening, NOC this is not a
requirement).
