Sunshine Terrace is seeking a Day and Evening shift NAC. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing direct resident care under the supervision of the primary nurse. The NAC follows established policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care. This will include assisting with bathing, feeding, cleaning beds and rooms, and keeping accurate charts.

Minimum qualifications of the NAC:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Current WA State NAC License or eligibility to obtain certification within 4 months of employment
Current CPR/First Aide Certification
Experience working with psychiatrically impaired adults and awareness of behavioral management principals as applied to the chronically mentally ill is strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of psychotropic medications strongly preferred
