Experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right candidates. O&M Industries works in various industries including food processing, agricultural, general manufacturing, knowledge of conveyor systems, equipment setting, screw and drag conveyers, spouting, steel erection, piping, stick, MIG, and TIG welding are among the numerous things we do. MSHA, Confined Space Certification along with mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts are a plus. Must possess basic hand tools and be capable of working at heights. This is a full time position with travel in California and Nevada required. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug test and DMV driving record.
