Job Summary
The production team members will perform a wide range of duties within the plant including, but not limited to:
Set up mold for specific productions, lift mold parts to assemble, read production drawings to determine job specifications and requirements
Handle and assemble rebar cages
Strip and clean concrete forms
Pour concrete, shovel, vibrate and finish
Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times
Perform basic carpentry skills
Regular use of hand and power tools, wire cutters, concrete vibrators, tape measures, impact wrenches, finishing tools and wire ties
Shovel excess debris
General housekeeping duties will be assigned as needed
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to follow company production and safety procedures
Must wear personal protective equipment
Physical exam, substance abuse screening, and background check are required
Preferences:
Previous construction experience preferred
Ability to read and understand a tape measure
Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools
Ability to understand and apply basic math skills
Physical Requirements:
Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
Frequent standing, climbing and reaching is required
