Like Media (www.like-media.com) is looking of a full time Social Media Manager to join our ever growing team. The Social Media Manager will help execute a clearly defined social marketing strategy as well as work with some of our Digital Marketing clients and our strategy. This specialist will monitor and contribute to all relevant social opportunities digitally to increase brand awareness and effectively engage Like-Media's many audiences on a consistent basis while driving sales from social media.
An active, timely, and relevant social media presence is essential to the growth and awareness of Like Media and our brands and we are looking for someone who is excited about social media. To effectively build brand awareness and consumer loyalty, this presence must expand and be integrated with the overall corporate advertising and marketing initiatives for a truly innovative social strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
-Build and execute social media strategy
-Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content
-Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
-Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
-Collaborate with other departments (sales, design etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
-Stay up-to-date on the understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
-Responsible for creating and managing social ads, with a keen understanding of customer targeting
-Organize and oversee social media contests and promotions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Entry level position, some experience is always good
-Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
-Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
-Willingness and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
-High-level of integrity and dependability with a keen sense of urgency and results oriented approach
