Schedule varies. Must be available all days and shiftsDUTIES: Performs the cleaning of surfaces (floors, ceilings, etc) in the entire bakery; including internal parts and surfaces of machinery and equipment. Disposes of bakery wastes and scraps in designated areas. Uses a variety of cleaning tools, buckets, mops, vacuums, brooms, air pressure devices and pressure washers during the normal course of a work shift. Periodically uses man lifts and ladders for scheduled maintenance procedures. Frequent walking and standing is required.Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredSolid work history; 1+ years at previous employers HIGHLY PREFERREDFood plant or other applicable sanitation experience HIGHLY PREFERREDMust be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical, and be at least 18 years of age.
