Position hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Rate: $15.50 - $16.00/hour (dependent upon experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Determine requirements by working with customers.

Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Saves customer accounts by offering alternative options as outlined within company procedures.

Maintains and updates customer account information as needed by entering information into database.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Call Center experience preferred; 2+ years administration experience required.

Proficiency with computer applications, especially MS Office/Word and MS Excel.

Multi-line phone system experience required.

Excellent organizational, time management skills, and multi-tasking skills.

Accurate data entry skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Excellent customer service, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
