Property Manager

Our ever growing company is seeking a full-time, Property Manager to lead a small facilities team and manage multiple properties, both commercial and residential. Our Property Manager will be a key leader with responsibility for daily operations with our tenants and staff. The Property Manager will have accountability and authority for the successful performance and continued growth of the property management line of business. What we want you to do

Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures and request permits on both residential and commercial properties.

Maintain logs related to: Code Compliance, Insurance Certificates, Capital Project Costs, Obtaining Bids for maintenance projects and repairs.

Professionally inform the tenant of the lease obligations and present them with keys, politely notify them as their expiration date approaches & informing them of their obligations upon move out.

Plan, schedule, and manage general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial and industrial properties.

Strong time management skills capable of prioritizing, organizing and successfully balancing multiple tasks and requests.

Be oncall for emergency response/ Fire Suppression Systems etc.

The qualified candidate we are looking for has the following. . .

5-8 years as a Property Manager for multifamily, condos, commercial, or hospitality.

Real Estate Broker License preferred.

Ability to effectively manage a team of facilities support staff, and contractors.

Capable of promoting client satisfaction, increasing retention, locating new tenants, and positively communicating with all tenants any changes or updates on leasing.

Working knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Office software products including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Current experience with Property Management software systems strongly preferred.

Excellent knowledge of building systems including structural and electrical systems.

Strong time management skills capable of prioritizing, organizing and successfully balancing multiple tasks and requests.

Travel:

Travel between properties will be required in both Kootenai and Spokane County areas regularly.
