OVERVIEW

An Advocate/Broker is needed to help sell a small HVAC related business. Your compensation would be far above most positions of this type. You will receive a guaranteed stipend and an additional pay of no less than $10,000 when you sell the business for a predetermined mutually agreed-upon price. You must have some sales experience. Not only is this specific business of 30 plus years for sale, but you also have the opportunity to sell this Turn-Key business many times over as a type of franchise (or licensing agreement) in Post Falls, Coeur dAlene and beyond.

HIGH-PROFIT MARGIN

This HVAC-related home service business has an exceptionally high-profit margin. It involves locating safety issues in residential venting systems of gas, oil, and wood. It also involves minor masonry, moss removal off the roof and exceptionally high paying insurance work. The high paying jobs and high paying insurance work are all year long, however, many in this trade make more than enough per month to take three months off per year, as they see fit.

The long record of high profits and the low asking price of the business makes it very attractive for purchase. In addition, for the right buyer, I have very flexible terms and I am willing to carry a note.

YOUR BROKERAGE

My attorney sent an email stating it is perfectly legal for another person to assist in the sale of a business. You would have a written statement from me clarifying that you are not giving legal advice and I allow you to represent my company.

There are several reasons that I wish to hire you:

1. A broker is able to better view obstacles from an objective point of view.

2. If you sell the business, and receive your generous commission, I believe you will be motivated to sell more of this Turn-Key business outside the Spokane area. Even if you have another job in the future, selling a type of franchise can be a part-time job with an exceptionally high income. Nothing would please me more than for you to take this Turn-Key business to families throughout America and sell them Licensing Agreements which would allow me to train them in a business that will forever change their lives for the good.

3. It is not practical for me to attempt to manage a small to large business and find the time to sell the same business. It is far too great to take on both tasks.

4. And there are several other reasons, that we will discuss in person.

WHY NOT A PROFESSIONAL BROKER?

Much effort has been put into setting up the business as a type of franchise. In the dead of winter and the hottest days of summer, our invoices clearly show a consistent high-profit margin on individual jobs. Again, our profit margins are far above the income of most general contractors. Being single, it has been extremely difficult to handle all aspects of the business and show an exceptionally high end of the year P&L statement. Professional brokers are only interested in listing businesses that have an attractive P&L. Professional brokers do not have the vision to see beyond their training. I hope to find an Advocate/Broker who sees the exceptionally high income that is consistently made on each job and has the vision for a type of franchise. From ads and our personal contacts, you will be given current and ongoing viable leads.
