About Swoop Scoop:
Swoop Scoop is Spokane’s premier dog waste removal service, dedicated to keeping yards clean and communities healthy. We’re expanding and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and drive our growth through effective customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients to close subscriptions.
Hit or exceed a target of 1 subscription per hour worked.
Log calls and follow up with potential leads effectively.
Maintain a professional, positive demeanor during client interactions.
What We’re Offering
Competitive Pay & Bonuses:
Base Pay: Minimum $75 per subscription closed.
Commission Structure:
$30 for one-time services
Projected Monthly Income: $2,500 – $5,500, based on performance.
Minimum Wage Guarantee: We ensure your earnings meet Washington State’s minimum wage for all hours worked. If your commissions do not meet this standard, we will make up the difference.
Flexible Hours:
Part-time schedules: Monday–Friday, 4–6-hour shifts.
Full-time growth opportunities available for top performers.
Training & Support:
Comprehensive training provided to set you up for success.
