The Senior Account Manager is a Full Time, Regular position.
Summary: The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing our customers IT systems, address technical issues and manage operational tasks delivered by various technical teams. In this role, the Technical Architect should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. The Technical Architect will also have hands-on experience in either systems or network engineering and be able to manage operational workflows. The goal will be to ensure our customers IT services are delivered properly and our customers are well informed of our efforts and IT strategies.

Designing functional technology solutions
Delivering presentation outlining the state of a customers technology footprint
Overseeing development and implementation of IT projects
Providing technical leadership and support to operational teams as needed
Understand company needs to define system specifications
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate system requirements to other teams
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Oversee assigned projects and provide guidance to team members
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in MIS, information science, computer science, software, engineering, business, other related field or equivalent experience
Experience:

Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager
Hands-on experience with system administration
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows) and databases (e.g. SQL)
Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. VMware)
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Organizational and leadership skills
Lead a total life cycle management development project.
Develop user/client requirements and deploy systems on time and within budget.
Staff, develop, and deliver IT projects in short time frames.
Compliance, HIPAA or SOX experience highly desired.
Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
