JDI Contracting is looking for a reliable subcontractor to help with a drywall and wall framing project in Spokane, WA. The job involves demolition, framing, insulation, hanging drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and applying a light texture.
Scope of Work:
Remove existing drywall and clean up debris
Frame and anchor a new interior wall
Install insulation and hang new drywall
Tape, mud, sand, and texture to match existing finish
Keep work area clean and safe
Requirements:
Experience with framing and drywall work
Able to read and follow basic construction drawings
Must have tools, transportation, and insurance
Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
Materials:
All materials provided on site.
