Job Qualifications:
Minimum of two years installation and/or service experience (required)
Washington State 06 or 01 Electrical License (required)
NICET II in Fire Alarm Systems (preferred)
Valid driver’s license/driving record that is consistent with insurance requirements (required)
Pass a post-offer drug test panel and fair chance background check
Career oriented with strong leadership skills
Solid knowledge of applicable electrical codes
Job Responsibilities:
Able to read and understand construction drawings and scheduling
Able to install, program and repair fire alarm, security, access, and CCTV systems from various manufacturers
Able to complete installations and repairs per NFPA72 and other standards
Complete final reports, deficiency reports and possible bids via a computer and/or tablet
Interact with clients, contractors, inspectors and field personnel
Ability to oversee and train apprentices
Use company software to complete work orders, time sheets, and inter-company communications
