Experienced Handyman Wanted in Spokane County
Are you a skilled handyman with a knack for fixing things and a passion for home improvement? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help maintain our rental properties in Spokane County.
Position: Experienced Handyman
Location: Spokane County
Pay: $25 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Benefits: Sick leave and Simple IRA after 90 days
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Repair and replace faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
Install and repair appliances
Perform kitchen and bathroom remodels
Conduct plumbing and electrical repairs
Handle various maintenance and repair tasks for rental properties
Print out work orders using basic computer skills
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and home repair
Basic computer skills to print out work orders
Dependable and trustworthy
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Background check required
