All around carpenter with a great eye is needed for service and warranty type of work. A true "frame to finish" carpenter will be the best fit for this position since it does require a thorough knowledge of a variety of carpentry skills. You will be working with homeowners in finished homes to repair and make new.
On any given day, you may be:
- installing, repairing, and touching up trim
- repairing drywall (patches, nail pops, cracks), including matching texture
- painting
- adjusting or resetting doors
- assessing, adjusting or resetting sliders
- assessing and repairing floor squeaks
- repairing soffits
- and more!

- communicate effectively with colleagues, other trades, builders and homeowners
- have the general knowledge of how to fix most things in a new home
- have professional finish carpentry and drywall finishing skills
